Cancellation Policy
All birthday party bookings require a $50.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to confirm the booking.
Once a Deposit has been Paid the customer will receive an invoice. The invoice number is the Event Confirmation Number
The Remainder of the Event Cost is due in full the day of the event.
If you need to cancel your birthday party due to weather you have until 3 hours prior to your event start time. Otherwise, you will be billed 50% of the total cost of the birthday party.
You may choose to transfer the deposit to a new date with in the same calendar year, which is agreed upon by both parties.
If you need to cancel your birthday party for any other reason you must do so 1 week prior to your booking date or you will be billed 50% of the event.
Little Tracks does supply 10x10 pop up tents at no extra cost. You may also choose to switch your outdoor party to an indoor pocket pet party.

If you need to cancel your event due to weather you have till 1 day prior to your event. Otherwise, you will be billed 50% of the event total.
You may choose to transfer the deposit to a new date with in the same calendar year, which is agreed upon by both parties.
If you need to cancel your event for any other reason you must do so 2 weeks prior to your event date or you will be billed 50% of the event total.
Little Tracks Does supply 10x10 pop up tents at no extra cost. You may also choose to switch your event to an indoor space. Indoor setups typically have an extra setup fee. However, in the case we move indoors due to weather there would be no extra cost. Little Tracks will inspect the indoor setup area to confirm the animals safety and to make sure there is enough space.
